D NO D N/A-extemal inspection only GENERAL APPEARANCE (Inspector): The entire lengths of the excavated 16-inch city water piping (2 places) was inspected and detennined to be in good condition, with the external coating and wrap intact. No evidence of coating degradation was observed. See attached photo documentation.

COMMENTS (Inspector): 16-inch city water line from the City Water Storage Tank was opponunistically inspected at2 excavated locations. East (approx. 10 f\ length) and West (approx. 10 f\ length). with approx. 16 feet between the 2 excavations. These excavations were pan of the installation of modification EC-13314. "Cathodic Protection for City Water Supply and Fire Hydrant Piping (IP2)." (Ref. WO #I 198663)
