On November 19, 2012, the Board issued a revised scheduling order (RSO) in this proceeding. On November 29, 2012, Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) Company moved that we modify a provision dealing with the cut-off date for monthly mandatory disclosures. Motion to Modify Revised Scheduling Order (November 29, 2012). The motion is unopposed.
PG&Es Motion is GRANTED. The RSO is amended to delete the phrase during the two weeks immediately prior to the monthly update, which appears at RSO page 3, and, in lieu thereof, insert the phrase after the last day of the preceding month.
It is so ORDERED.
