JOINT PROPOSED CORRECTIONS TO THE TRANSCRIPT OF THE ORAL ARGUMENT HELD ON NOVEMBER 5-6, 2012 In accordance with 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.323(a) and 2.327(d) and the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards instructions on November 6, 2012 at oral argument, the parties to this proceeding, FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Staff, and the Intervenors, hereby jointly file their proposed corrections to the transcript of the oral argument on the Motion for Summary Disposition of Contention 4 and the admissibility of proposed Contention 5 that was held in the above-captioned docket on November 5-6, 2012 in Toledo, Ohio. The parties respectfully request that the transcript be revised to incorporate the corrections identified in Appendix A hereto.
