REGULATORY PERFORMANCE PUBLIC MEETING WITH THE PALISADES NUCLEAR PLANT
Dear Mr. Vitale:
This letter confirms plans as discussed between members of our staffs to conduct a public Regulatory Performance Meeting. In this meeting we will discuss corrective actions associated with safety-significant inspection findings (Service Water Pump White finding and Direct Current Bus Yellow finding). The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 11, 2012, at 6:00 p.m.
(EST), at the Beach Haven Event Center, 10420 M-140, South Haven, Michigan. This meeting is open to the public. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
