Dear Dr. Kunze:
This letter acknowledges receipt of your letter dated October 15, 2012, regarding minor changes in the internal organization names within the academic engineering organization.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 50.59, changes to the facility technical specifications requires an amendment pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90. Please submit an application for amendment as specified in 10 CFR 50.4 fully describing the changes desired.
