Question/Comment On June 18th, 2008 the NRC held its 1st Public Category 3 Meeting on the proposed Zion Decommissioning Activities and the Zion License transfer where the public made many comments and asked numerous questions concerning the purpose of the public meeting - as the meeting had a transcript and sign in sheet - why is it that the NRC failed to fulfill its pledge (made several times on the formal proceeding record) to answer at a later date the publics' comments and or questions raised at the time on the proposed Zion Decommissioning & Site Restoration Project?
Vista 360 has been asked to submit this community comment for inclusion in the formal record of the NRC Public Meeting - November 1, 2012 and to request a formal response from the appropriate party at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
