KEWAUNEE POWER STATION LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST 254: PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS TO ADOPT TSTF-510, "REVISION TO STEAM GENERATOR PROGRAM INSPECTION FREQUENCIES AND TUBE SAMPLE SELECTION,"
USING THE CONSOLIDATED LINE ITEM IMPROVEMENT PROCESS ERRATUM CORRECTION By application dated July 30, 2012 (Reference 1), Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc.
(DEK) requested an amendment to Facility Operating License Number DPR-43 for Kewaunee Power Station (KPS). The proposed amendment would modify Technical Specification requirements regarding steam generator tube inspections and reporting as described in Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF) 510, Revision 2.
However, a typographical error on the cover page transmitting the application resulted in the revision number of TSTF-510 being incorrectly listed as Revision 1 rather than Revision 2. The correct version of TSTF-510 applicable to the proposed amendment is Revision 2, as stated in the discussion of change (provided as ) in Reference 1.
Approval of the proposed amendment continues to be requested by July 2013. Once approved, the amendment shall be implemented within 60 days.
