Dear Administrative Judges:
On October 5, I filed a revised version of Dr. Duquettes reply testimony, amended to obviate the need for motion practice with Entergy on Contention NYS-5. Regretfully, I did not stamp the document with an exhibit stamp before filing (NYSR00399). This filing corrects that error.
Also, please find attached an unopposed motion to admit three new, recently generated documents as exhibits (NYS000443-NYS000445) in support of Contention NYS-37 and a revised exhibits list (NYSR17001).
