Herewith, please find Riverkeepers exhibit list (RIV700001) with several clerical revisions, in accordance with the ASLBs directive during the teleconference with the parties held on September 24, 2012. The revisions include the following:
- 1. Exhibit Riverkeeper 9, RIV000009: date in description updated from June 15, 1993 to June 16, 1993
- 2. Exhibit Riverkeeper 90, RIV000090: description updated to Entergy Groundwater Well Data, Quarter 3, 2010, IPEC, IPEC00225100, in order to correct the inadvertently wrong original description of this document as Entergy Groundwater Well Data, Quarter 2, 2011 In addition, Riverkeeper herewith re-submits certain exhibits with corrected designations, as follows:
- 1. Exhibit Riverkeeper 8, RIVR00008, resubmitted with corrected exhibit designation, because it was originally improperly stamped as RIV000001.
- 2. Exhibit Riverkeeper 76, RIVR00076, resubmitted with corrected exhibit designation, because it was originally improperly stamped as RIV000074.
