High Jack and Dave, They are stating things that are 1800 in contrast to our discussion over the last two weeks. They are changing their whole story regarding 2001 weld number 3 machining marks as being sites for crack initiation and how the current crdm 24 onlay weld indications (preservice) is a very SIMILAR situation in that the weld area has defects. Therefore, they believed that weld onlay in crd 24 would also exhibit cracking similar to crdm 21 of 2001.
