• The elevated tritium in well MW-939 in March & April, 2011 is due to condensation from the Refueling Water Storage Tank vent. Refer to CAR 201102543.

• The tritium in the power block wells is due to washout of tritium in gaseous effluents.

GWS pump was OOS from 7/22/08 to 8/18/08
