PUBLIC COMMENT LETTERS OPPOSING RELICENSING OF INDIAN POINT Please find enclosed letters opposing the relicensing of Indian Point that were signed on September 15, 2012 at a Hudson Valley barn raising, in Kingston, NY. You will notice the first letter is signed by the Mayor, Shayne Gallo.
We attempted to fax, to both (301) 415-5599 and (301) 415-1101, scan and email to hearing.docket@nrc.gov and anne.siarnack@nrc.gov. but have not received confirmation of receipt.
Therefore we are sending the originals by Federal Express.
