(Indian Point Nuclear Generating Units 2 and 3)
Docket Nos. 50-247-LR and 50-286-LR This notice is to provide notice that Commissioner William D. Magwood, IV will tour Indian Point Nuclear Generating Units 2 and 3 on Wednesday, September 26, 2012. The purpose of the Commissioners visit is to obtain a general familiarity with the facility. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding for the renewal of the operating license for Indian Point.
