The parties anticipate that they will be able to resolve any confidentiality concerns with respect to this ENT000238 on an as needed basis during the hearing. As such, the evidentiary hearing on NYS-6 and NYS-7 may be open to the public.
Entergy is also submitting a revised version of ENT000137, Village of Buchanan, Comprehensive Master Plan (Mar. 2005), as the previously filed excerpt lacked three necessary pages. The complete version of this document was disclosed to all parties in December 2011.
The Exhibit is otherwise identical to what was filed on March 28, 2012.
