NRC letter to WA, NRC Report 05000259/2012012, 05000260/201 2, and 050000296/2012012; Preliminary White Finding at Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, dated June 22, 2012 By this letter, the Tennessee Valley Authority (WA) confirms receipt of the referenced report on June 22, 2012, and requests a Regulatory Conference to discuss the potential white finding and apparent violation.
In a telephone call on June 28, 2012, T\\JA notified Mr. E. F. Guthrie of the NRCs Region II office of our intent to request a regulatory conference. On June 29, 2012, WA confirmed with Mr. Guthrie that July 25, 2012 was a mutually acceptable date for the Regulatory Conference.
There are no commitments contained in this letter.
