Subject:
Indian Point Please, please close Indian Point.
I agree with the governor that it is a catastrophe waiting to happen.
I am raising children nearby and I want them and future New Yorkers to be safe and healthy.
A terrorist attack on Indian Point could decimate our neighborhood for centuries.
An earthquake or other natural disaster is equally scary and dangerous - it is foolish to believe that disasters are foreseeable and can be prevented given what happened in Japan.
Evacuation of our area would be impossible.
Please err on the side of protecting our lives.
