Wednesday, September 12, 2012 9:32 PM Docket, Hearing Indian Point Re-Licensing As a citizen of New York State who is concerned with the health and welfare of my family and the families of my fellow state citizens, I urge you to prevent the re-licensing of the Indian Point Nuclear Reactors.
These reactors are old, are in a highly vulnerable location, are too close to a major population center.
Furthermore, they are storing dangerous used fuel rods.
The health and safety of New Yorkers should be the first priority in considering re-licensing.
I urge you to de-commission the plant.
Close Indian Point!
