Dear NRC Staff,
Please do NOT relicense Indian Point Reactors 2 and 3. We can LIVE without it!
Our short-term repositories for spent uranium fuel (two thirty-foot deep pools of water) are vulnerable to either seismic activity, a terrorist attack, or simple malfunction, and are over-packed with still highly radioactive fuel rods.
The risk of continuing for another twenty years is too great. Please protect the well-being of the entire Hudson Valley and NYC.
Sincerely, Vitalak 5ilmonl Yoga5lhine Vitalak Simon, M.-=g., LCAT, tC-DMT, KYT-5oo 7-1 I Legion Drive Valkalla, NY 10595 91-t-769-87+5 www.tlogashine.coni DOCKETED USNRC September 11, 2012 (4:04 a.m.)
