TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO.
50-607/2012-203)
Dear Dr. Klein:
Thank you for your response of August 14, 2012, to our Notice of Violation issued on
August 6, 2012, concerning activities conducted at your University of California-Davis/McClellan
Nuclear Research Center. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the
requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 2.201 Notice of violation.
We will examine the implementation of your correctives action during a future inspection.
