Dolansky Entergy, Indian Point Center Code Programs Engineer 2011 to Present Serve as the program owner of the IPEC Reactor Vessel Internals Program, the Reactor Vessel Program, the Alloy 600 Program, and the Steam Generator Program. As part of my duties, I develop and supervise the inspection and evaluation of relevant components, review and analyze inspection results, respond to RAIs, and represent IPEC at industry organizations such as the PWR Owners Group.

Inservice Inspection Engineer 2001 to 2011 Continued to serve as the program owner for the Indian Point Unit 3 Inservice Inspection Program, coordinating and directing the inspection of in-scope components, and reviewing inspection results to ensure that all regulatory requirements were met. Also responsible for the Containment Inservice Inspection Program at Unit 3, performing similar duties. Assisted and supported other Entergy-owned facilities with snubber, inservice inspection, inservice testing, pressure testing, and containment-related inspections and evaluations.

New York Power Authority, Indian Point Unit 3 Inservice Testing Engineer 1996 to 2001 Responsible for the Inservice Testing (IST) Program and the ASME Code Section XI Pressure Test Program. Developed the inspection plans for these programs, coordinated the scheduling and performance of inspections and evaluations, tracked and trended performance data for all in-scope pumps and valves, directed and performed ASME Code Section XI pressure tests.

Inservice Inspection Engineer, 1989 to 1996 Served as the program owner for several Indian Point Unit 3 programs, such as the Inservice Inspection Program, Flow-Accelerated Corrosion Program, the Steam Generator Program, and the Balance of Plant Heat Exchanged Program. As program owner, I coordinated and directed the inspection of in-scope components, and reviewed inspection results to ensure that all regulatory requirements were met.
