Here are the administrative arrangements that Richard Chang has made so far:

Sandia MELCOR analysts (KC Wagner, Kyle Ross), NRC (Bob Prato, Jason Schaperow, maybe Richard Chang), Dominion (Barry Garber, Bill Webster)
We would travel to Virginia on Tuesday, January 18, and meet with Dominion on Wednesday, January 19.
Richard Chang is responsible for getting the micropurchase contract approved, so he told me he will respond to your email.

RE: site visit Hi Jason, It is getting very late to make travel arrangements (i.e., especially when dycoda is paying for them without being reimbursed). Are the dates at the site firmed up at the site so that I can make my arrangements? The micropurchase contract will only cover 18.7 hours8.101852e-5 days <br />0.00194 hours <br />1.157407e-5 weeks <br />2.6635e-6 months <br /> and no travel costs.
