NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 RESPONSE TO PROPOSED PARTIAL DIRECTOR'S DECISION By letter dated July 10, 2012, the NRC provided Dominion with a copy of the proposed partial Director's Decision on the October 20, 2011 petition that was submitted by Mr. Paul Gunter, Kevin Kamps, Thomas Saporito, Paxus Calta, Alex Jack, Scott Price, and John Cruickshank.

The NRC requested that Dominion provide comments on any portions of the decision that are believed to involve errors or any issues in the petitions that are believed to have not been fully addressed.

Dominion has reviewed the proposed partial Director's Decision and has no comments.
