In response to Reference 1, Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter "NSPM"), submits the written examinations and operating tests (Enclosure 1) to support the licensed operator requalification program "inspection to be conducted at PINGP the week of October 17, 2011. provides a description of the documentation included with this submittal.
NUREG-1021 physical security requirements state that the enclosed examination materials shall be withheld from public disclosure until after the examinations are completed.
Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
