- Samuel, It appears that the group that developed the DB Shield Building Contention document incorporated my request for information into their document. Attached is the actual information request I submitted by E-mail to the Davis-Besse Licensee in support our Region III review of the shield building root cause inspection that I am leading. This information was entered into ADAMs as a public record and the information was obtained to support the inspection that was planned.
This inspection scope and objectives are defined in the non-public Reqion III inspection plan attached M
