DAVIS-BESSE NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNIT NO.1 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NO. ME8746)
Dear Mr. Allen:
By letter dated May 23,2012 (Agencywide Documents Access Management System (ADAMS)
Accession No. ML12144A383), you applied for an amendment to the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No.1, Operating License No. NPF-3. The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications by changing the minimum voltage acceptance criterion for emergency diesel generator surveillance testing in surveillance requirements 3.8.1.8 and 3.8 1.14 from greater than or equal to 4031 volts to greater than or equal to 4070 volts.
Subsequently, by letter dated July 16, 2012 (ADAMS Accession No. ML12199A056), you withdrew the amendment request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
