LaSalle County Station Security Plan, Training Qualification Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Program, Revision 13 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is submitting Revision 13 to the LaSalle County Station Security Plan, Training Qualification Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Program The LaSalle County Station Security Plan, Training Qualification Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Program has been revised to reflect NEI 03-12 "Security Plan Template" format changes. The changes were reviewed against 10 CFR 73.55 "Requirements for physical protection of licensed activities in nuclear power reactors against radiological against sabotage," paragraphs (d) through (k), and 10 CFR 73.1(a)
"Radiological Sabotage," and it was determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the LaSalle County Station Security Plan, Training Qualification Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Program.
The attachments to this letter contain Safeguards information; therefore, EGC requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," paragraph (d)(1), and 10 CFR 73.22 "Protection of safeguards information: Specific Requirements," paragraph (a)(1)(i).
SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION Attachments 1 and 2 Contain SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION.
