Dear Administrative Judges:
In my letter to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board ("Board") of June 26,2012, I transmitted an electronic copy of the NRC Staff's ("Staff') draft Supplement to the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement ("FSEIS") for license renewal of Indian Point Units 2 and 3.
As indicated in my letter of June 26, the Staff also wishes to provide a paper copy of the draft FSEIS Supplement to the Board and parties. Accordingly, a paper copy of the draft FSEIS Supplement is being transmitted to the Board and parties today, by mail.
