FORTHCOMING CONFERENCE CALL - PRE-LICENSING PUBLIC MEETING WITH LUMINANT GENERATION COMPANY LLC (TAC NOS. MEB615 AND MEB616)

DATE & TIME: Monday, August 6,2012 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. EDT (Eastern Daylight Time)

LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear RegUlatory Commission 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-OBB6 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: Follow-up discussion on the proposed license amendment request in support of a plant modification to install a backup transformer (XST1) for an offsite alternating current (AC) power source at Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2. The work involved for implementing the plant modification will require an extended Completion Time for Technical Specification 3.B.1, "AC Sources - Operating," in order to support the transformer outage during power operations.

CATEGORY'll: This is a Category 1 Meeting via conference call. The public is invited to participate in this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
