PUBLIC MEETING/OPEN HOUSE TO REVIEW 2011 END-OF-CYCLE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT FOR POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2
Dear Mr. Meyer:
This letter is to inform you that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will conduct a Category 3 public meeting/open house on Thursday, July 26, 2012, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. (CDT), at the Lester Public Library, 1001 Adams Street, Two Rivers, WI.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide an open public forum for the Agency to discuss NRC activities and nuclear power issues with the public. In addition, members of the NRC will be available to discuss the assessment of Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 performance. NextEra is encouraged to attend this meeting.
