On June 25, 2012, Riverkeeper, Inc. submitted an unopposed motion for an extension of time requesting that the deadline for the parties responses to the NRC Staffs Answer to the Boards June 7, 2012 Order be extended from Thursday, June 28, 2012, to Friday, July 6, 2012.1 Finding that the request is reasonable and will not delay the hearing which is currently scheduled to commence on October 15, 2012, the Board grants this motion and extends the filing date for the parties responses to the NRC Staffs Answer to the Boards June 7, 2012 Order to Friday, July 6, 2012.
