BREAKERS - REVISED RESPONSE DATED JUNE 18, 2012

Dear Mr. Skaggs:

This acknowledges correspondence from J. W. Shea, of your staff, dated June 18, 2012, to

Notice of Violation (NOV)05000391/2010603-08, Failure to Adequately Evaluate and Qualify

Molded Case Circuit Breakers. The letter requested an extension for the required submittal of

the supplemental response to the NOV until July 20, 2012.

Based upon our review of your letter and a telephone conversation on June 19, 2012, between

Mr. Shea and Jimi Yerokun, Deputy Director, Division of Construction Inspection, the NRC has

agreed to extend the date for your response an additional 30 days from the original due date to

July 17, 2012.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and your

response will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room

or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRCs document system
