By letter dated March' 8, 2012, Dominion notified the Environmental Protection Agency and the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry that Surry Power Station had not received the final waste, shipment record (WSR) for the January 26, 2012, shipment of radiologically contaminated asbestos waste (RCAW), shipment number D2012-02. Pursuant to 40 CFR 61.150 (d)(4), this serves as the notification that Dominion's Surry Power Station has received a disposal site copy of the final WSR for shipment number D2012-02 from Energy Solutions, Clive Disposal Site, in Clive, Utah (Enclosure 1).
