FW: Requests for the Limerick NPP Audit
- Chris, The following is a request from the structural reviewer who will be on site the week of August 11th. Let me know if you need any clarification on this request.
Could you please request the following information available during the Limerick Audit:
1-Provide copies of all detailed structural/construction drawings of the containment building, and other relevant drawings to the Aging Management Programs (AMPs) listed in item 2 below.
2-Provide copies of all Inspections Reports issued for the following AMPs: IWE (XI.S1), IWL (XI.S2), IWF (XI.S3), 10 CFR Appendix J (XI.S4), Masonry wall (XI.S5), Structural Monitoring (XI.S6), Water-Control Structures (XI.S7), Tendon Pre-stress (X.S1). If there were action-items resulted from the inspections, provide copies of the reports of repairs/replacements, analytical evaluations/analyses, follow-up inspections, etc.
3-Provide copies of all relevant plant (1) Directive, (2) Procedure, (3) Guidance documents.
4-Provide copies of all relevant consultants and/or contractors (1) Directive, (2) Procedure, (3) Guidance documents, who performed/perform work on the AMPs listed in item 2 above.
