Information required for site access to Limerick Hi Rob and Lisa To accomplish site access approvals, in preparation for the audits, I will need the following information for your respective audit teams.
I will need the following for ALL visitors:
VISITOR NAME (S)
LAST, FIRST, MI SS #
If they plan on entering the protected area (i.e. they want to do walkdowns, etc.) then I need this additional information:
CITIZENSHIP REPRESENTING - NRC Nuclear medicine in past 30 days?
- Yes / No I would like to have the required info by 9/13 (at least for S&S Audit) so that we have time to get it processed through security.
