Completed Understand the issue, unfortunately no. This information is required by procedure and process What I did with TMI-1 (Jay Robinson) is have him send me the information in a password protect document. Then he called me with the password and we take great care with the information. Once the information is given to security/site access I delete the document.

- Chris, In the past we have had staff reluctant to give there SSNs. Therefore, I am obliged to ask you 2 questions: 1.
What is the SSN going to be used for, and 2. Is there some other way for the NRC staff to gain access without giving there SSN.

- Yes / No I would like to have the required info by 9/13 (at least for S&S Audit) so that we have time to get it processed through security.
