CONSENT AND HEARING WAIVER Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company hereby agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the Confirmatory Order to be issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No ML12124A372) relating to negation of foreign ownership, control and domination of the Haddam Neck Plant, which will be immediately effective upon its issuance. By signing below, Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company consents to the Issuance of the referenced Confirmatory Order, effective immediately upon issuance and, by doing so, agrees to waive the right to request a hearing on all or part of the Confirmatory Order pursuant to 10 CFR 2.202(a)(3) and (d).
