Core Operating Limits Report, Reload 17, Cycle 18, Revision 7 In accordance with section 6.9.1.9 of the Hope Creek Technical Specifications, PSEG Nuclear LLC submits the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS) Reload 17, Cycle 18, Revision 7. Revision 7 of this report incorporates the revised cycle specific parameters resulting from the new core configuration implemented during HCGS refueling outage RF17. contains information proprietary to Global Nuclear Fuel (GNF). GNF requests that the proprietary information in Attachment 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.390 and 9.17. An affidavit supporting this request is included with Attachment 1. A non-proprietary version of the document is provided in Attachment 2.
