Dear Mr. Remer:
On March 9, 2012, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published in the Federal Register (77 FR 14446) a request for public comments on draft license renewal interim staff guidance (LR-ISG) LR-ISG-2011-03, Changes to the Generic Aging Lessons Learned (GALL)
Report Revision 2 Aging Management Program (AMP) XI.M41, Buried and Underground Piping and Tanks. In response, the NRC received comments from your organization by letter dated April 20, 2012. The resolution of your comments is documented in Appendix G, Resolution of Public Comments, in the final LR-ISG-2011-03.
Enclosed is a copy of the final LR-ISG-2011-03 and the Federal Register notice announcing the issuance of the LR-ISG-2011-03.
