The purpose of this letter is 'to provide an updated schedule for the BWRVIP to transmit the Browns Ferry Unit 2 120 degree surveillance capsule test report to the NRC.

The BWRVIP notified the NRC by letter on March 28, 2012 (referenced above) that the transmittal of the final report on the Brown Ferry Unit 2 120 degree surveillance capsule would be delayed and committed to provide a schedule to the staff as soon as possible.

A data status will be provided to the NRC in December 2012. The final report will be completed and transmitted to the NRC no later than May 1, 2013.
