ADDITIONAL JOINT REPORT ON AVAILABILITY FOR PREHEARING CONFERENCE Pursuant to the Boards Memorandum and Order (Additional Request Regarding Prehearing Conference Date) of May 7, 2012, Union Electric Company, dba Ameren Missouri (Ameren), the NRC Staff, and the Missouri Coalition for the Environment (MCE) provide this additional joint report on their availability on June 5 for an initial prehearing conference in the vicinity of the Callaway facility. Ameren is available on that date. The NRC Staff can accommodate a prehearing conference on June 5 but due to other travel commitments prefers June 7. MCE is not available on June 5.
MCE and the NRC Staff have reviewed this report and have authorized Ameren to file it on their behalf.
