Docket No. 50-483-LR ASLBP No. 12-919-06-LR-BD01 May 7, 2012 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Additional Request Regarding Prehearing Conference Date)
In response to the Licensing Boards May 4, 2012 initial prehearing order, the participants provided a May 7, 2012 joint report indicating their availability during the week of June 4, 2012. See Joint Report on Availability for Prehearing Conference (May 7, 2012); see also Licensing Board Memorandum and Order (Initial Prehearing Order) (May 4, 2012) at 5-6 (unpublished). The Board appreciates the participants prompt response.
Since the Board issued its May 4 order, it has been advised that Tuesday, June 5, 2012, may also be available for conducting the initial prehearing conference in the vicinity of the Callaway facility. As a consequence, the Board wishes to check with the participants regarding their availability on that date as well. The Board thus requests that on or before Noon Eastern Time on Wednesday, May 9, 2012, the participants provide an additional joint report that indicates their availability on that date for an initial prehearing conference in the vicinity of the Callaway facility.
