JOINT REPORT ON AVAILABILITY FOR PREHEARING CONFERENCE Pursuant to the Boards Memorandum and Order (Initial Prehearing Order) of May 4, 2012, Union Electric Company, dba Ameren Missouri (Ameren), the NRC Staff, and the Missouri Coalition for the Environment (MCE) provide this joint report on their availability for an initial prehearing conference. The participants are all available for an initial prehearing conference near the Callaway facility on June 6 or June 7. Both MCE and the NRC Staff have a preference for June 7, while Ameren has no preference between these two dates.
MCE and the NRC Staff have reviewed this report and have authorized Ameren to file it on their behalf.
