NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC, submits Revision 12 of the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC) Security Plan. This revision of the Plan adds information related to a security modification, and also adds various clarifications. It has been determined the changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the DAEC Security Plan and therefore the changes have been made pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2). Enclosure 1 contains a Change Synopsis, and Enclosure 2 contains the revised Security Plan.
This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
NOTE The Enclosures to this letter contain "SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" and must be protected accordingly. Unauthorized disclosure could result in civil and/or criminal sanctions. Upon separation this page is "DECONTROLLED."
