NASA RESPONSE TO U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION STAFF COMMENTS ON FINAL STATUS SURVEY REPORT ATTACHMENTS FOR THE PLUM BROOK REACTOR FACILITY
Dear Mr. Kolb:
On February 2, 2012, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) submitted responses (ML12034A139) to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) comments (ML113570421) on Final Status Survey Report (FSSR), Attachments 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 13.
NASAs comment response also resulted in revisions to some FSSR attachments (ML121000153 and ML12020A096).
NRC has reviewed NASAs comment responses and FSSR revisions, as noted above, and has determined that NASA has adequately addressed NRCs comments. At this time, NRC has no further comments on these FSSR Attachments.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice for Domestic Licensing Proceedings and Issuance of Orders, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
