RIN 3150-AJ04, FINAL RULE PACKAGE, EXPORT AND IMPORT OF NUCLEAR EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL; EXPORT OF INTERNATIONAL ATOMIC ENERGY AGENCY SAFEGUARDS SAMPLES (10 CFR PART 110)
On April 13, 2012, the Executive Director for Operations (EDO) signed a Final Rule, effective 30 days after the date of publication, entitled, Export and Import of Nuclear Equipment and Material; Export of International Atomic Energy Agency Safeguards Samples.
contains the original Federal Register Notice (FRN), signed by the EDO and sixteen clean and clear copies of the FRN. The ADAMS accession number for the FRN to be published is ML11166A224. ADM/DAS/RDB has been given owners rights in ADAMS to the FRN.
is the Congressional letter package to be transmitted to the Office of Congressional Affairs (OCA) for signature. Each letter includes two copies of the FRN for the Chairman of each oversight committee. The package is in ADAMS, accession number, ML11166A229.
ADM/DAS/RDB and OCA are owners of the letters in ADAMS.
contains three copies of the Congressional Review Act Form, one each for the House, the Senate, and the Government Accountability Office. The forms are in ADAMS, with accession numbers of ML12121A395, ML12121A375, and ML12121A407. ADM/DAS/RDB and OCA are owners of the forms in ADAMS.

The Office of the Executive Director (EDO) informed the Commission that in accordance with the rulemaking authority delegated to the EDO, the EDO signed the final rule.
