On April 3, 2012, NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (NextEra) filed an unopposed motion to amend the protective order issued by the Board on November 10, 2011.1 The motion requests several amendments to further protect Westinghouse vendor proprietary information that may be disclosed throughout the course of the proceeding.2 The Board grants the motion. Additionally, on its own initiative, the Board has made certain further revisions to the protective order to clarify the obligations of the NRC Staff, its 1

counsel, and potential non-Staff witnesses and/or consultants consistent with the intent of the parties as expressed in footnote 2.3 A revised protective order shall issue separately.
