On March 12, 2012, the NRC issued the subject Information Request. In addition to requiring detailed information, the Information Request requires recipients to confirm receipt in writing within 30 days and to sign the confirmation under oath or affirmation.
In accordance with this requirement, Energy Northwest hereby submits notice to the NRC that it has received the Information Request and is currently assessing its contents and evaluating responses. Future responses will be provided to the NRC consistent with the terms of the Information Request.
