DPR-32/37 VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNITS I AND 2 SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION REGULATORY CONFERENCE EA-12-034 Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) has reviewed Inspection Report Nos.
05000280/2012007 and 05000281/2012007, dated March 13, 2012. These reports identified a preliminary finding which will be the subject of discussion at a regulatory conference to be held on April 19, 2012. A Probabilistic Risk Assessment is provided in the enclosure to this letter as supporting documentation for the regulatory conference.
Consistent with the NRC withholding Enclosure 2 of the NRC's March 13, 2012 Inspection Reports from public disclosure, Dominion is requesting the enclosure to this letter, which contains Security-Related Information, be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
