RE: Brief Summary of Seabrook ASR Call Today Thanks, Rich.
Yes, I was reflecting to Raj that the last Division-level briefing had been in May and that there would be value in ensuring that we all remain on the same page with the same understanding of status. I understand that the inspection will provide valuable information and we will surely want to share that but 5 months between such briefings is a long time.
And we do have an environmental public meeting on Sept. 15 so a Division-level briefing in before that would be Information in this record was deleted in accordance with the reedom of Information Act, exemptions_

valuable in our preparation for that public meeting. As you know, the fact that it is environmental will not affect folks' asking about safety issues of which this one is likely to come up.
With all of that said, can we set up an hour call at the Division level by 9/9?

RE: Brief Summary of Seabrook ASR Call Today Melanie, Raj reported they your were curious about the next Division Executive Level brief. At the end of the NRR brief two weeks ago, I thought I heard you say that we should NOT go back to "them" unless we have better information on operability and when it will be done.
From the below we initiated action to schedule an inspection to get a better understanding of their status and plans.
This is primarily related to operability (last RAI response did not say much on a comprehensive plan). DLR folks are invited but the TIA is focused on the control building and what issues need to be addressed in the final OD by when. I hope the TIA will be signed out early next week (NRR staff agreed with it, and it is at the final stage of concurrence).
Perhaps a debrief with Division Executives would be best a week or two after the inspection for which we are homing in on the Week of 9/26/11.
