If it is easier, it is also attached. I added question 8 for technical reviewer to accompany us onsite for a review of the initial assessment of the control building. I revised the coordination section to reflect that we will do an onsite inspection NLT Sept . 30 and the technical reviewer will accompany us on an inspections of the initial assessments of the control building other may be observed or samples as needed. We are asking for a 90 day response from the last day of the inspection with the technical reviewer.

Art and Michael will be prepared to deal with this Wednesday and Thursday but we would like comments for us to digest ASAP Monday or Tuesday.

FW: Set 15 RAI Response Letter As we discussed earlier this week, I was going to review this letter to see what it said about the 9/30/11 final ODs. From the response it looks like they are off, they will do updates as needed and the co mnprehensive plan won't be available until March 2012 (pp 7 and 8 of 13, 1personally think that is unacceptable to at least not give us a preliminary approved plan). They ought to be telling us something now that they have or have not established the Validity of their calculations correlations and not surprise us on March 2012. Next Branch chief meeting we should discuss.

So I will revise the Draft of the TIA to simply give a response in 90 days from the completion on the technical reviewers onsite visit to see how they are doingthe initial set of building assessments. Since three are done and all of them are to be done in September, I would like George to accompany Suresh NLT than Sept. 30, 2011. Thus the TIA response date would be due 90 days from end of his onsite review or NLT 90 days from Sept 30 since we will do the onsite inspection NLT than that time regardless of NextEra's status.
